Hi all just a notice for west Mercia firearms team, Credit where credits due I sent both my shotgun and firearms off for a change of address, a one for one variation and another variation, from the day I posted to the day I’ve received them back it was 9 days total, Very well organised when I spoke to them one the phone midway through and very helpful.

West Mercia are spot on at mo. I’ve recently submitted my renewal, it arrived this week a full month before the old ticket expires.

As above, West Mercia spot on. As per Thomas, my renewal also arrived a month early and only took 3 months.

They’ve suddenly got a lot better with turnaround times - looks like they may be using the extra money for the department.
