What's on your cheeseboard?

Just a comment on some of the posts ,Mull cheese, well we found it really hard and not very good probably good for cooking , personally i would not have it again, the dairy is an interesting building and you can shoot clays and throw axes just down the road.
Davidstow , had nice meal and cheese and biscuits our host pointed it out as a local artisan cheese produced locally, next day on the moors he pointed out a huge building on the horizon that's the artisan cheese factory.
On the board, nice cheddar and a good brie ,Wensley Dale and Red Leicester
