You already have the perfect stalking glove. I use with Leica RF Binos and pulsar thermal no problem. The Thermal takes some practice and familiarisation to use without looking at the controls even without gloves.Hi Guys,
Which gloves do you recommend whilst out stalking?
I'm struggling to find a pair of gloves which are warm enough for exposed high seats in the driving wind and rain, whilst also offering enough dexterity for bino/LRF/thermal control manipulation.
Most recently I've tried the Sealskinz with the fold over trigger finger/thumb – but they've spent most of the time tucked into my pocket as the other fingers are too bulky for manipulating the various controls.
What have you found that works?
Thanks,
Cam.
May sound odd, but if you’re hands are cold is the rest of you insulated enough. I’ve often gone without gloves wearing down or other suitable insulation. Get warm blood pumping to your hands and you’ll be ok
