Wife's out tonight

It has to be a Chinese type curry, get one and chuck a egg in, guarantee you will like it.
the sauce comes in a paste just add boiling water....Tastes just like a Chinese takeaway curry.
Also try marmalade in Chilli, or even mince.
Or grate dark chocolate over chilli.

Instead of adding boiling water.....,add decent chicken stock.... Takes to another level.... & yup the egg just works!

the other secret is a few raisins along with sweet corn, peas, onions, peppers and garlic oh yeah I always chuck in an extra chilli as the paste isn't hot enough.
I will await your comments after trying it.
