Around here they are starting to take a little too keen interest in the wheat already. Monday night I spotted these seven and plenty of little ones. Too far, too foggy and too late for dealing with the outcome myself so I shooed them off properly and went and had a leak where they appear to enter the field - for good measure (I don't know how much difference this makes here, it's very close to a little community so they're very used to the smell of people).
