Wild Garlic Powder

I had a daft idea that worked, I put wild garlic in the air fryer at low temperature to dehydrate and make wild garlic powder for the rest of the year!

I’ll use it with lamb tomorrow and I’m thinking if I can use it with venison this year, chimchuri or maybe to flavour pasta with venison filling!

Very good idea. I took some wild garlic from our garden yesterday and made pesto last night . I’ve always considered the only bad thing about wild garlic to be that it’s only around in the spring. I shall give it a go myself, despite not having an air fryer. What temp did you dry it at ?
Kindest regards, Olaf
