Wildlife moved by flooding

Since the rain in the last week, i have been blown away by the number of deer and foxes I've seen at night, and even in the day on the farm.

It's flat terrain with deep ditches - these are flooded now, and it's really condensing the animals together. For example last night there were 14 roe deer, in 4/5 distinct groups, in a 20 acre field. Madness!

Good news for me as I've been able to get into the foxes.

Are others seeing the same?

I often see groups of roe after local flooding,
they get pushed into higher ground,
not much high ground in the vale of York

just been out feeding up on the shoot, roe everywhere, especially on the farm where he "likes to see them" so cant shoot them,
