Winter Gloves

Ok, now that the weather has started to turn, and my fingers feel like they’re burning and want to snap off today………
Personal views on best winter gloves for stalking activity?
I’ll be sat in high seats over the winter so I’m looking for suggestions on good, warm gloves, don’t have to be waterproof (but water resistant would be good), finger and thumb quick access would be good too, but not a deal breaker either.
Ps I’ve Harkila ones at the mo and I think they’re no good.
Cheers

Hestra, as long as you're happy to slip them off your trigger hand when required.

The Guide ones are great but get the Hestra wrist attachment so that you don't drop them from the high seat.

North Face. Not shooting gloves so the price is not errr.... adjusted. Meant for mountains and ski-ing, easy to operate Binns, thermals, bolt with, great for the high seat at a fair price.

The wrist attachment is a good shout 👍🏼
Albeit I had elastic in mind (per childhood 😂).

They are rather awkwardly called 'Hestra Handcuffs' if you need to ask for them!

Top tip: Be very careful using them if you stop for a pee.

Just found these today heavily discounted on Cotswold outdoor…. Ordered a pair for just this occasion.

I assume you are speaking from experience

The Op said waterproof wasn’t particularly important. Sealskinz obviously labour the waterproof angle.

Apart from this are they actually nice and warm as well? I’ve not had any of these and tend to lean towards warmth rather than waterproof when buying.

I found them freezing when I owned a pair, did not do what they claimed but I know others love them
