Ok so folk have actually paid him then heard nothing then as it all went quiet on here if this is the case there is nothing to stop him ripping other folk who have pm.d him perhaps worth the heads up
I enquired as I know the peaks very well and it jumped out as a scam straight away as nearly all stalking in the Peak District is tied up and spoken for. For starters it is Derbyshire and not South Yorkshire like advertised.
I was sent the maps and knew immediately the guy does not have the rights to shoot the land he is claiming to, a good friend manages the British fluorspar quarries, both the old which is this land and the new... and even if he did have shooting rights there is zero deer on it.
With the maps was a demand for a deposit to an account and sort code to secure a place with the suggestion that if you were not quick the places would be gone... all this without any further details or an opportunity to see the land and meet syndicate members... I’m surprised anyone did not run a mile at this point.
The land is sheep grazing land riddled with footpaths and byways. The most you will see is a rabbit and foxes.
I don’t like to stereotype but 5 minutes on Facebook, and you decide if this is the sort of person you want to transfer cash to without having met and seen what is on offer.
Hopefully the people who sent cash (I know at least 3 did) get something back.

Gutted for anyone that did exchange money, sometimes heart rules over head I suppose and you jump at the opportunity. Hope all involved get sorted
