More companies moving in to the thermal hand held market, has anyone used or tested one of the new Zeiss units, strong money but on a par with Pulsar

I take from the silence back no one has any experience of these units, good name in optics Zeiss not sure of their NV/Thermal tech

I’ve just ordered one after a side by side comparison with my accolades. Very good unit 👍
Be good for you to post a field review of it once you have had a few outings with it. Zeiss too good a company to launch a poor product

I'm very impressed by the Guide range even the cheaper Nano models are spot on for the money...

Amazing detail and lots of control options, contrast, brightness, image enhancement, scene modes for various conditions... Nature mode brings lots of "within target" detail out..

Steve as a comparison the Zeiss is £1000 more than the below model, I would say the Guide is just as good if not better in terms of target detail.. as mentioned by other users, I would ignore the netD figures, most are not genuine , that goes along with made up detection ranges also.. especially on HIK models..

Pulsar has the upper hand on all these models with replaceable batteries and overall build quality even without the new magnesium chassis options..

I would say from the chinese models I've checked, the Guide is the best for target detail, much better than the iRay models I have viewed and the digital zoom is vastly improved from the Guides of the past and competitor models..

Get them all alongside and compare them first, ignore overall background detail and focus on live quarry ..
