I have a pair of their Barents pro winter trousers. You can also tailor the weatherproofing by adding more or less wax.
i also like that their trousers are sold as a raw leg length so you can get the perfect length fit. Sure it's a pain to get someone to hem them but it's a nice detail.

I have a jacket that must be 25 years old now. Love it to bits but it is in bits now! Still walk the dog or stalk in it on a cold day. Good gear that will last.

I have several pairs of their trousers and I think they are exceptionally well made, super robust. If they cost a bit more work it out over the life span of the kit (easily more than 5 years) and you will realise they are cheap in the long run. If you can find a stockist to try for size then look on german ebay.

I've got a number of pairs of trousers and found them very hard wearing and comfy.
I quite fancy one of these jackets but there quite pricey, Id like so see and try one on first!

I see your point but not my thing - more pockets more crap...
Has to be the best outdoor gear I have ever used. I own some Härkila and some Fjällräven which in my head is two of the best outdoor/hunting products makers. But Fjällräven has the edge because of G-1000 which is the most hardwearing stuff I have had.
I have some of their trousers and some of their shirts/polos/t-shirt and if something has to stand out it will be the Vidda Pro pants. Extremely hardwearing, been using them for working, shooting, dog walking in the past 2 years and it will take long time before I will need a new pair of Vidda's

Fair point and not one I would seek to disagree with given I rather fancy a #8 anorak too as an admirer of over-the-head 1/4 zip garment be it base, mid or outer layer.

Hi all, someone posted up some sizing info about the Fjallraven kit on the forum a while back I think, showing the difference between one of the jackets, in arm length, chest etc, and the no 8 Anorak. Has anyone seen that post or the sizing info? Trying to work out what’s what before ordering - any ideas appreciated!

Not sen that post but I have quite a few items of Fjallraven clothing and the general rule of thumb (for me) has been that the jackets tend to be on the larger size - I fall between a U.K. L & XL but their L is plenty big enough to get decent layering underneath - trousers are spot on for waist sizes - a 52 euro size is s 36 U.K.
