i take it no reply means, that Zeiss UK will still not support the conquest range

TBH i dont sit on the this forum all day as I simply don't have time due to working full time.
I'm not sure what your asking to be honest. Are you saying you have a problem with conquest product purchased from abroad?

I am on call 24/7 and work 6 out of 7 days some times it can be a 20 hour shift ( my choice I took the job). It just seemed strange that my post was bypassed from the start?
i have had problems in the past when I have called Zeiss uk and asked if they would be able to help, but as stated you Don't support your own produce that was available in Europe as well as the USA,
to be totally honest I was having a dig to see if Zeiss Uk would possible change there mind but that seems to have fallen flat on its Rs. And that's a big shame as this has and will continue to put people off purchasing them for the lack of support, very poor in my mind and I guess a few others will feel the same,
so no worries and thank you for your reply I'll just get back to work and read on,
