Biker? Hmmm not for a long time now. This follows on from the guns vs weapons. I haven't been a biker for years. I am now a motorcycle enthusiast darling.

. Both me and the missus ride bikes, have done for years.
Currently running a Varadero which is an ok bike. The rav 4 of the bike world in my opinion. It is no BMW gs. Next bike for me will be a 1200 adventure but I can't justify selling one perfectly good bike for a perfectly good better bike, and the additional money it would take. Yet!
So I will probably keep the Varo for a few more years. But it goes around bumpy country corners exceeding well.
The biggest problem is having time to ride it. With the last 2 years being spent on DIY or shooting. Although we did manage a run up to Scotland, across the water and down the east coast of Ireland a few months ago. I do go to a lot of trouble to avoid the main roads where possible and head for the twisties
just trying to sort out next years run with a few friends. Either top of Ireland and down the west coast or maybe the Alps. Been a few years since I've been down that way.
I do do have a real hankering to try a goldwing. Alway fancied seeing what one would be like to spend a day on. But I bet it doesn't go round corners as well as my Varadero.
