Just note the .22 hornet action has different inletting to the .222/.223/.204
Probably can be modified, but if buying new why would you.

I bought an original brand new synthetic CZ 527 stock from a .223 , to replace my old wooden one on my .22 Hornet and fits perfect, no modifications needed.

Couple of questions, does the barrel free float properly in the synthetic stock? And where did you source it from? The weight of my rifle is bothering me so might consider doing the same. Thanks.

It may go together, but its not a perfect fit, probably ok if your going to bed the action though.
