Item purchased from this site not received

Hello guys.
I'm just after a bit of help. I bought a 50 BMG keyring from someone from this site nearly 2 week ago and not received it.
I've messaged the seller privately and replied on the thread to no avail.

It was only £15, but I think this is unacceptable.
I transferred the money to his bank.

Is there anything I can do?

Wait for a reply from the seller. He is well known (your rather full description makes that very clear) and will deliver.
Perhaps he is unwell?
In any event (especially for £15) keep it private.
