Ivermectin, for the interested

deceptively edited videos of its undercover operations

In unbroken, contiguous footage, the Pfizer scientists not only explained that natural immunity was superior, he described how that is the case. [immunology 101 afaics, but great to hear from horse's mouth]

Regardless of your take on Veritas, or O'Keefe, what the Pfizer scientist said was clearly his understanding.

Look up what CSL does for snake bite serum here in Woodend Victoria, progressively larger doses of venom are injected into large frame horses (Percheron`s x`s) and then blah blah.
I wouldn't be surprised if some of the orientals were playing a similar game with a few in the 're education " camps....howzat for a conspiracy jump lol.

BBC, I remember them when they were a credible news resource. Just.

Interesting to see just how far ahead Uttar Pradesh is in the fight against covid, despite having just about 50-55% of the population vaccinated - of course, the vaccine may not suffer from breakthrough by the delta variant, nor have waning efficacy over there, unlike everywhere else on the planet…🤔

From the BBC:

"... more than a third of 26 major trials of the drug for use on Covid have serious errors or signs of potential fraud. None of the rest show convincing evidence of ivermectin's effectiveness.

Dr Kyle Sheldrick, one of the group investigating the studies, said they had not found "a single clinical trial" claiming to show that ivermectin prevented Covid deaths that did not contain "either obvious signs of fabrication or errors so critical they invalidate the study".

Ivermectin: How false science created a Covid 'miracle' drug

The alternative narrative requires us to believe that there is a brilliantly orchestrated, global conspiracy to supress an effective treatment for CV19. To be blunt: this just seems very silly.

Normally I would agree but given the constant stream of bilge from all sides. I mean it’s hardly beyond the realms of possibility seen as science and government has managed to persuad people to be afraid of fresh air. 😂.

Kyle should talk to people who are saving lives.

The argument for the use of ivermectin is, in a nutshell, given here, from around 16:30 onward:

And all of this has been proven to be fake and this treatment has caused more deaths in South America as it spreads complacency.
Right at the beginning of this thread I said do not trust studies with low numbers and not properly set up. Today we have the proof that this is FAKE NEWS and will lead to more being harmed.

If YOU want to believe it it is your right BUT let others choose based on the facts being published which clearly shows that Vaccines, social distance, face masks and washing hands are much more effective than an anti parasite drug for horses.

Please stop pushing this rubbish.

As a doctor I have taken an oath to protect people as much as I can and for this reason I ask Admin for the sake if the population please close this thread for ever.

I have watched this thread for some time and still cannot believe the ongoing nonsense it contains. For information - men did land on the moon, the earth is not flat and there was no gunman on the grassy knoll in Dallas.
As with Big Ears post above I respectfully suggest that this nonsensical thread should be deleted.

It's an extension of the perennial problem I encounter when clients "believe" the person in the pub/on the internet more than they "believe" the vet or doctor who has specific training and experience in this area (I don't think it happens to lawyers though...)

I'll keep countering what is plainly wrong as and when I have the time. I suspect most folk on the list know that the virus exists, it is very harmful for certian people, and that vaccines work.

The problem with an irrational argument is that a rational argument makes little headway against it.

It sounds like Freeforester and others who share his beliefs care deeply about finding an effective cure for CV19 and believe that Ivermetin, in spite of a wealth of evidence to the contrary, is of real value on this front.

I suspect that nothing said by anyone who, like me, takes a different view will change their view on this - a view which is held in spite of the evidence, not because of it.

Freeforester's latest post (regarding the falling death/infection rate in Uttar Pradesh) is worth reading because, in fact, it links the decline in cases to the success of the State's vaccination programme.

The article reports that as vaccination rates increase (70,000,000 people in UP have now been vaccinated) so the number of cases has fallen. However, it is worth pointing out that the article also notes that 35,000 new cases had reported within the previous 24 hours nationwide. The article is a month old.

The stakes are high here. Produce your evidence that the moon landings were faked and everyone smiles politely and tries to find someone else to talk to. Produce your evidence that a horse wormer cures CV19 and there's a real risk that desperate people in a desperate situation might actually listen to you and put scant resources into something that won't do them any good and may do them significant harm.

Bleach destroys the virus which causes CV19. But that doesn't mean everyone should drink it.

I hear you.

And counter in similar vein: why should I believe an SD vet or GP over the world's most published authority on cardiology?

Wonderfully, McCullough lampoons those who decry the repurposing of drugs: in the field of medicine that has ever been the case.

Even better: McCullough [who treated covid patients from the beginning and is himself a survivor] declares the opinion of doctors who have not treated covid patients as questionable.

Secondly, opinion is two-a-penny. Actual patient numbers/deaths? Now we can all agree on that empiricism, surely?

Take a look at Israel, Iceland, Uttar Pradesh. Look up UK ONS stats. Drop opinion, get out your calculator.
