What Sunday mornings are for!

More on possession of quantities 😂
Sorry, didn’t get what you meant. ….intent to reload, components for quantities over and above certificate holding etc.etc. Our FEB are relatIvey generous in that regard. Personally I can hold 1000 rnds in each calibre of weapon I own. Justify more and you’re likely to have that extended. Don’t foresee a clampdown anytime soon and personally think it’s unenforceable. I would have 10,000’s of 9mm brass which I deprime, wet tumble and sell for charity….are they going to claim illegal possession intent?! Surely not.

Yep, we are safe enough BA - living as we do in a part of the UK far, far away - where pistols are legal, men are men and such nonsensical proposals will not apply. In any event as you said how could it ever be enforced - now let me see sir, you have three more primers, two more bullets and enough brass to start a foundry - right - you’re nicked! I don’t think so.

Amazing to think that where the worst troubles were pistols are not banned there but here where we did not pop cops for fun they are, crazy world eh? Enjoy.

Which is to say...... what? Are these hand cast or automated? ~Muir
Sorry Muir…all cast by hand. These ones in a 4 pot MP Mould from Slovenia. Billet of solid brass…a work of art tbh, especially those with the hollow point pins and sliders. Definitely slower and takes quite a while to get to temperature, but once running sweet, is a delight to use. I them powder coat by hand also, then insert into the silicone ice cube tray so not touched. 20 mins in the oven then ready for sizing. Time consuming but it’s a hobby after all & as the title of the thread says…it’s what Sunday mornings are for!

No problems. I was wondering how you managed to cast 500 HP and 1000 RN on a Sunday morning. I have cast more bullets than I can count, from 5mm to 600 caliber and I am impressed with that kind of output. Did the four cavity 380 mold have a single set of four HP pins? ~Muir
