Wanted: Spotting scopes

I need a spotting scope, for target shooting(100yds). my eyes are not what they were! In the past I have tried some cheap ones and found that they were a complete waste of time. My budget is about £200-250 about 20-60mag. Can anybody help?

I have an Optolyth, made in west germany, fixed x30 mag with an 80mm objective if of any interest?
