Just a heads up to any MDT Oryx chassis owners who want to swap the hex bolts that lock the adjustable cheek piece in place for tool free adjustments then the link below will save you a ton of money compared to the MDT offerings.

I've used these and they lock the cheek riser in place with zero slipping.

Yeah, got these on mine. Brilliant addition with the added bonus that my cheek piece rests on the head for my sight picture, nice bit of luck 🍀

Massive thread resurrection but just saying thanks for the tip on this- ordered a set from Amazon and they fit very nicely.

Between this and the stock spacers I'm 3D printing I'm hoping to get on with it a lot better from now on.

Could you post the link ?

Hi everyone,
I wanted to buy a spacer kit to increase the length of pull but they are all out of stock so I 3d printed some spacers. Would somebody be able to let me know the measures of the long screws that come with the spacer kit, please?

I don't know about the ones that come with the kit, but the ones in the stock are 34mm not counting the head
I got 45mm ones at the engineering shop to fit two more spacers and they were perfect

Hi 22ppc,

Thanks for your reply. Do you remember the diameter/thread so I can try to find them too, please?
Cheers
