PETITION - PLEASE HELP

Good afternoon guys
I wonder if a few of you may sign my petition
It is against a development in a rural village
It is a project that has numerous plans over the years from eco huts - to hotels - go kart tracks and swings

It is now proposed to be a large car park - and shopping type centre - and will employ when done - according to the developer 3000 jobs !

I have no idea where these people will live - park - or get to the site but hey ho the council supports it

The affect of this traffic on residents and the wildlife will not be good so i have opposed it along with many others

I have also started a petition and if anyone would sign that would be great

I live in Norfolk and slowly but surely the countryside is disappearing and being replace with warehouses and such with the promises of jobs, infrastructure, etc yet 3 years on they still remain empty!!!

Im not so sure - its been at this stage for 30 years really - and just goes to show how inappropriate it is when it cant get off the ground despite the council desperate for it !

Signed. Out of interest, has there been any consultation with any of the villages in the peak that all these extra visitors will be arriving at en-mass? I certainly havent seen any. I doubt they will support this type of tourism, which kind of questions the feasibility? Best of luck.

I have asked if a feasibility study has been done on this project and am waiting an email back
One was done on the last project at a cost of 30 k - it was never considered apparently as the funders pulled out as the report came back
I have to see the report and the council is checking to see if it is sealed because of commercial confidentiality - WHAT A JOKE !

Interestingly i was copying in a high ranking member of the Peak Park who asked me why i was as they had no idea of the project
I then send them a copy of their minutes detailing meetings with various CBC members and this projects founders
Again just beggars belief really
