Seventeen squirrels in my truck now who'd disagree.

Oh I've killed plenty of squirrels in Fenn traps, but I've also turned a tunnel over which had a squirrel caught in two traps, one either end of the tunnel, which promptly jumped out and ran off. Never had that happen with a magnum or Kania trap.

Agreement on International Humane Trapping Standards (AIHTS) - Game and Wildlife Conservation Trust I thought I read somewhere that this applied to all spring traps but I can't find this at the moment.

I understand that this is a requirement when using DOC traps.

Run through tunnels on the ground can encourage stoats to be caught, not allowed with Fenn traps anymore I think.

I understand so, but when using DOC traps for squirrels why can they only be used in dead end tunnels?
