Zulus

I had that problem when I used my iPhone. Turns out it was the operating software in the phone corrupting the data I sent to the scope.
I spent many messages with Billy and Bruce on Airgun forum who were incredibly patient and helpful. I bought a cheap Motorola Android phone and bingo it worked.
If you are not on the AG forum I suggest you have a look on there as there is plenty of help and advice.
Yep, on there and received great help from Bruce, Billy and others too.
I’ve been using my iPhone so will give my Android Moto a go, IF I can get past its reluctance to accept some of the Balistic figures I keep trying to input. Just the phone at fault there.
Cheers, Ken.

Update:
Deleted the 2 Arken apps from my Android phone the reinstated them. (They actually reappeared still with the original data in place) .
Sent the info from phone to device and bingo!
Can only conclude it was the iPhone at fault but that doesn’t explain why the system worked one day and then failed the next!
Do hope it’s not an intermittent problem that will catch me out when needed most.
Ah well, happy for now.
Thanking you, Ken.

Good shout Jelen.
I thank you, Ken.

Saw the thread title and knowing as much as I do about posh scopy stuff with batteries in as I do (as close to b-all as makes no odds ) I fully expected to be informed .....

"... farsands of 'em!"

OK, so you didn't understand my reply to your e mail :banghead:

Go into the zero reticle menu and you'll see a letter (A-Z)
When that letter is highlighted (in light blue) it can be changed to any other letter of the alphabet using the record (up) and menu (down) buttons
Pick a letter and zero the rifle/distance.
When that is done, long press the IR (left button) and that zero profile is saved with the letter you picked as it's identifier
If you want to zero another rifle/distance, go back into the zero reticle menu and change to another letter, zero that rifle/distance and when done, long press the IR/left button to save that zero profile,
You can have up to 26 different profiles, so it's best to make a note of which each is and then when you want to use a specific profile just go into the zero reticle menu, change the letter to the profile you want and bingo the reticle should move to where it was when you zeroed that particular rifle/distance

Cheers

Bruce

So last night I popped out keen to try the ballistic calculator and so pinged a distant object and pressed the laser again fully expecting to see a secondary aim point appear and nothing!
What I do wrong?
@Jelen

There are two settings, either a second aiming point or it will move the crosshair to the new aiming point. You may have the second option selected.

First press of the range finder will show the distance as continually changing as you move the scope about, once you press it again the distance displayed will be locked in at the top of the screen and that's when the crosshair will either move or your secondary aim point will be displayed.

Thanks.
When I pressed it again there was no distance figure remaining 🤔
