I was explaining JAK to a bloke last night that thought that the whole concept (hats off to KimH) of JAK touring and with the ledger etc was a '****ing terrific story'

Apropos knives.

JAK is still on the Dark Continent. He was handed over to one of the group (witnessed), and his adventures continue.
He is now (thankfully) no longer my responsibility and the sense of relief one feels about that, is both real and significant.

Well done for joining the JAK club.
I will add for other readers that one doesn't need to take JAK to anywhere exotic and whether the Cotswolds or Crete there is a space to reserve a date with JAK>
