Hello from Conwy. I’m in the pay-to-stalk brigade and have been dipping my toe for about 5 years. I’ve done a few courses with basc including my dsc-1 and wild boar certificate. I own a Parker hale in .270 which is very nearly the exact same age as me and similarly an aged classic, as well as a couple of semi auto 12 bores which I use when wildfowling.

Welcome. I knew an "Ali Bongo" who hailed from the Conwy area that did contract work for Eutectic in Africa in the 80s. He had a fine voice. A one-man Eisteddfod. Not the same chap by any chance?
