It should have markings on the barrel and yes it is a poor picture

i very much doubt you will ever get a definitive answer, barrels will tell you nothing, nor will the serial number.
it could be one of 6 flavours, its just an old miroku trap gun thats worth a pocket full of change.
if i had to hazard a guess id say a 600 ORE,

Under the top leaver is the serial number of the gun. Look the number up on line and it will give you a date code of the gun. Might narrow down the model.
