When you just know what your wife is going to say...

An Irish friend of mine whose surname is Ennis married a girl called Paula
I met a fellow contractor at Detroit airport when going back to the UK in 1984 his surname was B'Stard, he said he was going home to change his surname by deed poll as he was to be marrying an Irish girl with the Christian name of Ima.

I worked with a Dwayne.

Sadly the family name was Pipes.

I always wondered if they’d had a girl would they have called her Polly.
There was a family of boys in my school, all named after motorbikes. Harley was in my year group. Their family name was Crux.
Our DT teacher always, without fail, called him Hairy Crutch.

In my primary school class we had a black lad and his older brother was our French teacher their surnames was Case so he was always called a little brown case "sorry, shall l get my coat".
