Warne Scope mounts, Medium or High.

Bergara wildness Rifle - picatinny rail fitted - scope Zeiss V4 3-12x56

Warne says High for 56mm objective but as there a picatinny rail fitted un sure if it would be to high ??

You can only really tell from your rifle. Some rails sit higher than the barrel, some are inline

With my B14 wilderness thumbhole and Leupold VX III and 50mm I have 15mm space to barrel and they are high mounts. That measures 31mm from top of rail to centre of scope
I’ve just also checked my other B14 Wilderness thumbhole and that’s got S&B with 56mm and the mounts look to be low and there is 5mm space to barrel on that one. Top of rail to centre of scope is 23mm if that helps
Hopefully these measurements might help. I know Hawke mounts have dimensions on the website.
Looking at it I probably could have used mediums on all of them but tend to use what I have.
