Martini 12/15 extractor (making my own).

I have never liked the look of the extractor on my 12/15 martini that had been converted to .22 hornet many moons ago, it was obviously fettled by hand and a grinder by the looks of it, and the tips were razor thin and the half moon not round, so decided to have a go making my own. Thought I would post on here for those of you who like machining. Op 1 is complete, now need to make some soft jaws, and then machine the pocket to hold the part in the right orientation for op2.

Got op2 done today, quite a bit of work involved just to turn the part around and hold in the right position, this mean't making soft jaw blanks, machining the pocket in them, and then the part.

No radius for the case??
Not yet, I am thinking of re-barrelling it with a .224 dia bore barrel, and then would make a jig, like a dummy action to hold the extractor in position so that it would get reamed the same time as the chamber, ensuring that it was perfectly in line.

Nice.
Do you have a spare for sale?
I'm curious though, is the trigger OEM or adapted?
And who made the action?
Probably will have a spare or 2 for sale, made a few extra in case I balls one up, I want to fit and prove out first though before I would sell any. The trigger is OEM, the action is made by BSA, it's a model 15 I believe, I'm convinced it has been converted from .22 rimfire, even the same barrel! the receiver even has a left port cut out and the stock carved into a lefty!... which suits me :) .
