Help required

The Primer problems are real at present , but to get that bad a batch ? I doubt it ! I think the bolt needs a full strip down clean and service by a competent person first. Different / older stock quality primers could be usefull 50% no bang still says gun fault to me tbf
 
its 6.5x47 cal, still say its over pressure .are you using a new tub of powder with outworking up the load again ?
 
I stand by what I said.
It needs more fuel.
Are you getting a clean burn.
Even asking Google it notes many recommend going over book for a clean burn.
It's quite possibly a symptom of slow pressure build up not detectable by the human..
The case and primer rock back against the bolt together instead of just the primer. Then when peak does come the primer has nowhere to flow around the pin so gets stamped.
Add a gn and report back. Nothing bad will happen.

Iโ€™ll try a different primers first before digging further , but all answers appreciated
