For Sale: New product - Fisher Game Cooler

This looks a good unit but I also have to question how you would get a larger deer into the back of the chiller?
Hard to say without seeing it in the flesh but I think the rails are too close to the walls for hanging larger deer. It's not clear from the image if you can hang carcasses on the front-to-back rails at either side, but I'd assume you can, which would allow you to slide larger deer to the back but they do look too close to the side walls to allow sufficient airflow around a decent fallow. The same with the side-to-side rails to tbh - they look too close to the front and back walls (and as you say, would be virtually impossible to load a fallow onto that back rail without doing yourself a mischief).

All hard to say without seeing some detailed plans / dimensions or looking at them in reality of course. Hopefully all good as do look like a decent alternative to Landig.

I was looking at a Landig 10000 at the weekend - looks very similar 👍

As this guy was or is a Landig supplier I’m sure this has been designed to the same spec but at a more pocket friendly price. I’m about to order one so will soon have it filled with fallow will let you all know how many fit
Good on yer steve 👍, buying british, if i was on the lookout for a new one, this is where my money would go as well, keep us in the loop on what you find, they sound and look wellmade

Yep Jon at Fisher is a top bloke. The only person who could fix my Landig LU10000 when it was playing up. Since bought a LU9000 off him to boost capacity. New product looks good

A reconditioned beer cellar cooling unit was my own choice, fitted to a simple studded and well insulated wall enclosure with the ceiling exposing the rail (a normal steel agricultural door hanging rail welded on to the underside of the support beam).

Personally I favour more volume in which to chill the carcasses than these built chillers can offer, but if it was only for one or two deer at a time I can understand the appeal of a plug and play unit.

We pays our money, and make our choice.

Nice job. Yes I agree I was torn between a bigger chiller or one of these. This is for an estate to hold the carcasses during the day before they are taken back to a large capacity chiller

Hi I am thinking of the Lu 10000 can i ask who you purchased from also how much you paid for it please ?
Give the guys at www.gamelarder.com a call if you want to purchase a Landig Fridge in the UK. I was doing demos on the Stand at the Game Fair when this Fridge was sold and subsequently picked up. Item product link below.

How did you get on with your new chiller? Be interested to see if you managed to fill it yet.

Did you get your fridge in the end? How did you find it for hanging fallow?

Yes I did. I have a winch above from Tarrant and the bars out the from help.
Looking good mate. Apologies I was actually meaning the other chiller that Sussex Steve was purchasing from Fisher as I was interested to see how they fitted with the rail configurations.

If I didn’t have a dedicated cold room
Already then I’d of got myself either a LU10000 or 11000.

Great to see the rail extension and winch working well together
