If you do a suspended gralloch it’s very easy to do the anus first. Once it’s tunnelled the whole lot is free & breaks the vacuum in the abdominal cavity which in turn creates a void which reduces the chances of nicking anything inside when you make the first cut to open it up.Buttout... could see it being useful but same time, I find it easier too tie off.
