So have you tried a 6.5 Creed or not?

I havent dragged Lee into anything, just using a quote from him that I like. I ll ask him if this has offended him ...which I doubt very much as he appears to have thicker skin then you buddy.

Im entitled to my opinion in the same way as you Tim...the real irony is you got the arse with me for some reason when I actually like your opinion on a lot of things...just you appear to be able to give it more then receive it.

I will now behave and go back to ignoring what you say..starting now 💋
:tiphat:

I use a Sirui carbon tripod from my photography kit, with a cheap Fanaue clamp on top. Usually works ok but sometimes could do with a fourth support in the ground and up my a*** to stop me wobbling. Having thought about that it could make matters worse.

Main platform is shooting platform on the back of the truck. Bi-pod and rear bag if needed. If on walkabout cheap quad sticks, from Best fox call.

I guess it is better than what you said about my daughter in the Swan thread
Never mentioned your daughter, didn't even know you had one... how would I?
You got the wrong end of the stick, old boy.
When you said something along the lines of "What could the illegal migrants possibly be coming here for/wanting... as a generalisation, I said, "Your daughter/daughters" meaning anyone's daughter.. not yours specifically.
Sorry you took offence. Let's leave it where it belongs in the past. Look to the future :tiphat:

Im same Mike, where i can I'd rather bipod. Easy for likes of us though mate,i t's all the fattys on here that struggle with prone!

I wear one of these if going prone, pretty much silent. It's also useful when Mrs gives me golden shower!
If a golden shower is on offer I’m not wasting my evening foxing 😉

I use b&q special quad sticks and I'm pretty confident to 150m with them. Used to use trigger sticks, easier to deploy but not as stable in my opinion. My favorite though is bipod resting on a round bale or wrapped hay, wouldn't fancy carrying one round though!

Primos here... Most fields are too small to be shooting within them so I have to shoot over to the next, usually downhill over tall loose stone walls, in the dark. Primos makes all that quite easy. Bipod on occasion wherever I can but it's rare.
