has anybody bought from this shop?

i am trying to make a purchase but its becoming a right rigmarole.

I have been into the actual shop to purchase powder late last year.

Shops very much there from memory though I had to bang on the door to wake the chap up at 10am.

I tried to buy a very specific picatinny rail off them a year or two ago. Lots of phone calls, half the time the guy I needed to speak to wasnt there. Checked, double checked the details, arranged to go in to collect it once it arrived. It wasn't the right one. Bloke not there who could sort it.

We got there in the end, and they were very pleasant chaps, just seemed a bit disorganised or lacking technical understanding.
I'd buy from them again if I was in the shop and they had what I wanted right there, but I wouldn't preorder or distance purchase from them again.

i will leave then as its a distance purchase. i phoned them for a price on something and the price came back as more than its on their website for, so i said can i not just order it on their website and they said yes and then declined the order when i placed it

They were at the Stalking show.
Relatively local to me but I rarely use them. Staff are a bit hit or miss when I have visited the shop.
