Very quiet for me as well ,.gave it some time on the caller for mr fox but nothing. Worked hard for two bunnies at the end of the night and was hardly any of them out. Loads of hares out though and I mean loads

After spotting a fox early evening taking hens
Tonight's mission was a early start.
With only a short wait noticed the rabbits moving on hedge line shortly followed by the hens moving. Fox then slips under the gate. Starts moving towards hens. A loud shout stops him followed by a 53gn vmax.

I should have taken the pellet gun to the poultry unit tonight, a few rats about, but nothing bigger. I'll probably nip back tomorrow, it's only a couple of miles down the road.
That is a difficult site to protect I did not notice a gate or did you mean the passenger gate ?

Also badgers constantly undermining the fencing. But they dont touch hens
Was up doing some work on one of my pens Saturday. Found the remains of a hen wing feathers etc. Followed trail to where fox had dug under fence. Six foot from feathers were nest where she must of been sitting. Eggs still intact so in incubator.
Fence sorted. fencer on

Quick question guys regarding Zulu 5x20 lrf MK1 , I have this mounted on my .223 after hitting a fox a tad back from POA I decided to check zero again to see if it was me or the scope as shot felt good, anyway I keep records of this and X Y etc , after checking it was a tad low and inch to left , but this was at 50 yds instead of the normal 100 as I could not get access to this , so rather than mess about with the original zero I decided to use another profile letter and put in the same X Y numbers and made sure it was saved , and low and behold did not hit a 2ft x 1ft board lol I had to go back to original profile and adjust it , anyone else had this tks
