Nocpix nite D70R

Nocpix have conducted themselves shamefully during this 'It's coming out soon, honest' debacle. Last update was early to mid May release. I now don't care what it turns out to be like. It's a big heavy lump which they can shove up their collective bottoms as far as I'm concerned.

I am watching like a Hawk for the first person to put up the nightime comparison review of the D70R, Hik 4k and the DTN 4K. Generally whoever you speak to claims the NV scope they have is the best there is, so be wary. Side by side comparisons put them all on a level playing field with no bias.
Don't forget the new Pard Night Stalker 4k LRF 2.0 - I'm not a foxer, but I am very impressed with it so far as a daylight scope :thumb:

I had a look through Wytonpjs unit on Thursday daylight image is excellent.
Unfortunately not able to smuggle it away fr9m him for a night time testing.

This won’t happen until they go on general release.

All the ones currently in the UK are with paid promotions people getting the PR nonsense done. Chris Parkin for example has had both in doing reviews within the last 7 days but didn’t compare them due to these restrictions.

Fair enough - it is just a case of being patient then for a comparative unbiased review of the 3 scopes I mentioned. 👌

Well said, what an absolute **** show from Nocpix, marketing has been a joke, constantly hyping up its arrival well knowing they can’t stick to any dates they have provided so far. Nocpix ignore customers who have pre-orders and can’t even be arsed to answer any direct messages or queries. On that basis alone it makes you wonder what the company is really like, if their warranty is any good and if anybody that actually works for them knows what’s going on. Well done Hikmicro for showing them how a scope should be marketed and released with the arrival of the Alpex Pro.

Both of the recent videos I have seen the Nocpix has been average at night, one was done with the supplied IR, the other by some Aussie guy, I have no idea of the IR but it wasn’t the IR that came with the scope.
It needs a review done with either a Blade of Wraith ESL?
I have one on back order but I think it will probably stay in the box until a sensible review is done.

I have also made that comment re. illuminator pairing.

Its the new New Pard and had only just made a debut at the Stalking show. I looked at and through it and it looked v go. Only gremlin was the reticule choice and I asked if there would be an option for a tiny red central dot. One of the chineese techs said he would see if it could be done. It needs external IR and does come with an option but probably better to match with a blade or alike. Only one picture of it.
