THE BOW HUNTER

Are you guys any closer to being able to hunt in the traditional, culturally appropriate manner practiced by thousands of years by your ancestors?
Or does that cultural stuff only apply to more recent arrivals to your green and pleasant land?

Not a hope in hell!

In fact, I’ll go as far to say you’ve got more chance to find a bald nuns chuff than bow hunting ever legal here in the UK!

That’s hilarious indigenous rights,
Petition the UN for indigenous rights.

In the US archery has evolved to the point they handicapping technology.

This crew also have the best archery videos on the planet.

To do that, you would have to trace your bloodline back to the Picts, which is pre-Roman invasion 😂😂

So that won’t work😂😂😂

Bit like NZ and Australia, unless you’re aboriginal or Māori, you’re of an immigrant bloodline

The Maoris arrived in NZ up to 1200AD or so, we're all immigrants here
A bit like our Fallow regenerated by the Normans, mind you the US and NZ settlers are close on their own timeline.
In my county Humans have lived in Essex for roughly 300,000 to 400,000 years. The earliest evidence includes prehistoric flint hand-axes crafted as I did yes "DID" find a paleolithic hand axe which I lent to a local museum with other items from WW2 German "flying bomb"
They and many small items disappeared with the curator who was sacked from that museum.

DNA.
Only thing you need is to have maintained your traditional activity hunting for successful case in the UN.
So bingo

Me personally I don’t need to worry about it, I have a 7x57 and it’s very affective.

If I wanted to bow hunt, I could quite easily because I could walk out of my Gate and nobody would know what the hell I’m up to and I certainly wouldn’t post it on here!

I did mention it once to my farmer and he said he personally didn’t give a 💩

Hillbilly rules

The biggest problem nowadays is the Internet, pre-Internet 💩 got done and nobody posted about it therefore you technically got away with whatever you wanted / needed to do within the hunting / stalking world

The US it's a ritual really. The likes of Fed Bear studied the Indian whom had educated the settlers in its use.
Ai sifted this;
Safety & Geography: The UK's high population density and network of public footpaths make bow hunting impractical and unsafe. Arrows carry a high risk of ricocheting or passing entirely through an animal without expanding, unlike expanding rifle bullets.

BS and are now forcing the use of solids.

As for animal welfare its very debatable with modern breadheads vs solids.

NZ banned nukes, banning things that turn out in time to be useless protests in fact a risk to security and unreasonable makes those that stood for the bans the lunatics.

While you are on here I watch this chap and you see him hike down/back with or without a friend without rifles on public land
So i asked him where is the rifle, "we take the bolt out and ammo and tuck it under a bush"
Yes that is what he said as they dont have the rifles on the recovery, thought it was April 1st
