BBC at its finest....

Is it not true that one big volcanic eruption emits more Co2 than humans have ever released ?
Totally. But volcanoes such as Krakatoa and Mt St Helens had practically no effect on levels. You would be talking super volcano, such as the one below Yellowstone erupting and wiping out half of America.

This is just approx AI data collation overview....
On a global scale, all the volcanoes on Earth combined release roughly 0.6 billion metric tons of CO₂ annually. In contrast, human activities—primarily the burning of fossil fuels—emit upwards of 35 to 44 billion metric tons of CO₂ per year. This means human emissions are approximately two orders of magnitude greater than total global volcanic output. [1, 2]

Really big eruptions, lots and lots of CO2

It doesn't matter. More plants can grow 🤷.

The whole atmosphere of earth weighs around 5.5 quadrillion tons.
330 gigatons of oxygen is produced per year.

The co2 thing is a big fat red herring.

It may well be and we should keep an open mind, still investigate other theories, but so far all the evidence points directly to fossil fuels and some other pollutants being the only factor that had changed. Apart from during catastrophic events we have not seen such a rapid change over only a couple of hundred years. Too bloody many humans about anyhow 😂

Green taxes do bugger all unless the money is ring fenced for activities such as sustainable energy research or for directly mitigating pollution, which in most cases it is not, in fact I believe that in most of Europe and definitely the UK none of it is. It's just another way of raising money for the government tax coffers apart from the miniscule nudge effect of businesses and the population.
The SNP tried to “ring fence” monies donated to a specific cause… a whole new can of worms is being opened right now ( £4,2Million unaccounted for);

From the BBC’s little AMOC piece today, I’ve highlighted a salient point which should be considered further:

My little discussion about the redundancy of the CO2 argument can be further explored:

What if the tropics are to shortly receive LESS energy from the Sun than presently?

St. Tringy says this cannot happen, because according to his schooling, the Sun doesn’t change its output, and therefore it MUST be mankind’s additional CO2 which is causing the warming up of the planet, followed by the usual arm waving and words which don’t explain the mechanism of how this comes about;

I’m with Zharkova et al, who, mindful of the historical records we have of colder and warmer periods of the climate changing over millennia, proposes that there is already evidence of a lessening of solar output - as evidenced today at the polar regions - and will soon enough become rather more apparent.

The matter will be settled soon enough, but for those with an open mind, you may wish to consider her observations and reasoning behind her prediction of colder times ahead in the short to medium term. Feel free to watch and learn:

I thought variation in solar output is widely accepted? For example, solar maximum-minimum (Schwabe) cycle and documented events such as the Maunder Minimum.

The BBC is not all bad.
They did an excellent piece on Breakfast News this morning about the lawlessness in Tyneside.
Feral yoofs, and the police frightened in case they spark a summer of riots in the relentless hot weather.. 🔥 🥵 😎
So covered lawless Britain and climate change in one piece.

Hello, Yes it is very sad when the good people of Tyneside cannot go out of their homes in the evening ???

Yep the nanny state and softly softly lefty lack of proper punishment and public executions coupled with disarming the public and removing the right to self defense unless one jumps through hoops whilst going through a checklist means the parasites and predators have boomed.

Or they may not have, sensational ism or what...

Hmmmm … I do funerals as part of my job, no increase here, it’s a bit like Covid reports during the “pandemic” … most of the crematoria did not see a vast increase in numbers as it was claimed !

To frightened to walk to the pub for a pint.
Police to frightened to tackle the situation incase it ignites into a summer of riots.
What's the solution Flash? Start another thread about it mate... we have hijacked this one enough.

Thanks for posting the Zharkova talk......very interesting and well worth watching, although the maths was a bugger to follow...
Had to watch those bits twice. (it was a VERY long time ago....!)

It’s a follow on from her first presentation, same channel Nr 42. Worth watching until it sinks in. Like the work of Professor Henrik Svensmark, it is pretty much on the money, however as it runs counter to the narrative of oh, back when some went to uni in the nineties and got their dissertations in a twist, such work gets neither public attention nor funding from an ungrateful and obviously discomfited government..
