Blimey that's ambitious ! Even Bonnie Prince Charlie got only as far south as Derby. He was not a Scot though.
Define Scottish newspapers - there are only 4 wholly Scottish newspapers, The Press & Journal, The Dundee Courier, The Evening Telegraph and Evening Express I.e. only 22% of papers are truly Scots
The rest are owned by "non-Scots" shall we say and therefore will be influenced by what there closest friends say

Yeah the BBC that in the attempt to try and make a debate which had 16yr old pupils as the audience asked some of them to say they were No or Undecided but as it turned out the vast majority of the audience in the Hydro were Yes! Needless to say some of the pupils told the BBC to go away and urinate as only 16yr olds can, others just said no way.

Salmond plans to reduce corporation tax,attract companies and provide lots of jobs.
Is it likely that companies will flock here given the current economic reviews from the professionals. Salmond is threatening to default on our share of debt too,very encouraging.
So he cuts corporation tax and at the same time increases public spending to meet all the promises he made...
