Forth coming SD week 2014

Who missed, I shall be back up to have them retake their shooting test :):). We shall probably be up tomorrow with the cinnamon buns that I forgot.

John

Ahh that would be not the done thing to say who on the forum. Look forward to the buns John, just dropped Louis over your place for the morning.

Glad I got to meet a few of you, including Day(notGay)stalker.

equally glad I got clear before the debauchery and perversion blossomed;)

Weather colder yesterday and this morning. 7 deer on the floor as of this morning.

Some good laughs as well.

Collecting a sika hind and a roe doe (well done John and Joe ;) ) from the hill

Now, now, now Senior Guide I am afraid that in this particular case he is quite correct, Senior Ranger is the title conferred. It would have been impossible to become a Senior RRR as there was only one and there will only ever be one RRR, a unique title in it's own right. It is now defunct though and no longer exists as all his previous duties have been integrated into his new rank of Senior Ranger. So now we have a Senior Guide, responsible for all matters guiding, and a Senior Ranger responsible for all matters Rangering, (that may be a new word to go with his new title!) Now these posts obviously overlap but eventually get the same job done to the satisfaction of all, hopefully.

Now as you both have the word Senior in your respective titles, it is obvious that you will hold sway over any subordinate Guides and Rangers under your command. With regard to Seniority between the two of you I have to say that within the present organisational set up you are both sharing the same rung on the ladder. So lets hope that it is an amicable and pleasant existence on that precarious perch otherwise it could mean that either one or both could fall, resulting in a flood of applications for the vacancies created .

We shall be up later this evening with those cinnamon buns I forgot the other day, they are not the precursor to a bun fight :):)

John

I love the way senior guide models those offroad slippers,he makes it look so casual.I wonder if he has done this line of work before,it must be very calming for the stalkers maybe thats why they are getting good results.
