Currently defrosting a nice lump of fallow doe for this years stew to take up

We dont want a manky old lump with frost burn ! Lol. I should start putting some fallow in the chiller when we get back now I have all my paperwork for my new ground

Vacuum packed so no freezer burn, and I didn't hear you complaining about the stew the last 2 years!

Does will be in by the time you get cracking on those fallow
