hello Harry, If you just so happen to stumble across the 150 data for 140/135 please pm. nice to see some true history still been used out there & IMO the alround hunting cal. I been using 100-174 bullets for fox to large deer. Im almost there on the smaller stuff now ;) cheers :)

as you can see I had a few good results with the JC last year. I like to use it during the summer when the bracken is high and the range likely to be short. Much as I love the JC I have to admit, it's not the most accurate of rifles. Any group tighter than 3" at 100m is a bonus.
I won't be able to dig out the load data for the N135 and N140 'til tomorrow, but will have a look for it.

OK then, here are some loads I settled on for 150 grain bullets in the 303. The loads aren't necessarilly top end, but they will be the ones that showed the best accuracy in my rifle. They were tested in my No4, not my No5.
VV N140.......42.5grn=2433fps.
BLC2............48grn =2654fps
H414............47grn =2307fps

I did test some N135 loads many moons ago, but don't appear to have kept the data. As you can see, BLC2 is a good performer in 303.
