Hello, I dare so you old sticks have served you well but what a difference the new ones are

Yes they have been used to death bit like triggers broom been fixed a few times lol.
Glued the GMM sticks tops then just left the lower until I get used to them to gain the perfect hight etc. Bit like new shoes I undo the laces until there ready to become slip-ons

Cheap camo tape from Amazon with a bit of double sided sticky tape at each end of the sticks to secure, it makes them 99%silent

My 3D printer parts have been sitting in Evri's Aberdeen depot for the last 10 days. The local Evri driver refuses to collect my parcels or deliver to my rural address so I'm screwed. Infuriating....

I've ordered more parts to a friend's address so hopefully be sorted next week.

I'll order a carbon tube so that I can sort out the carbon stick version shortly.

Used my sticks for first time Sunday morning. Couple of head shot roe bucks at 150m. Solid as a rock and definitely benefited from the ability to pan from one buck to the other without moving the sticks.

I'm happy to report that Evri has delivered my parts after sitting on them for almost 2 weeks - Printer back in action!

I've also received the carbon fibre tube that I ordered so will modify my rod end parts to suit it.

Printer is printing away very nicely. A few kits should be ready mid week for those that are on the list and a couple extra.

Carbon fibre kit design almost there, and different black filament ordered for the rod ends. I'll send out drilling jigs with the kits for drilling the CF tubes for screw fixing instead of gluing. The carbon tube I ordered is very nice.

I'll look at a retrofittable 5th leg kit for all the stick kits if there's any interest.

Not a particularly long shot but the sticks played their part. I’ve had them out once on rabbits and once on deer, and I like them.
