53grn hornady super performance misfires

The two packets you have posted links to are for different types of ammunition. One is Hornady Varmint Express (https://www.hornady.com/ammunition/varmint-express#!/) and the other is Superperformance (https://www.hornady.com/ammunition/superformance#!/)

Two different types of ammunition (albeit from same manufacturer) then I'd be suspecting the rifle.
Sorry I meant the last packet my bad had 2 boxes one had misfires so tried a different box same result, it only happens with 53grn supers

Where are you storing the bullets?
He keeps them assembled in the cartridges so that he doesn't loose them.

Sorry mate but I couldn't help it. I assume you were enquiring as to ammunition storage and the possibility of contamination by oils or solvent/petroleum fumes or even water.
I'm more inclined to think that the problem is rifle related rather than ammunition related with that number of misfires.

Lol 🤣🤣 I can't get my head round why it doesn't misfire anything else though 🤷

I stripped and cleaned the bolt etc ill pick up a box and see if it works

I've gone off hornady superformance. Every box I've had as had harsh recoil, loud reports and a few misfires and shot like a shotgun in both 243 and 308.

I dont think it's as good as its cracked up to me! Went over to cheapo federals and had absolutely no issues!

I have just moved back to 223 from 17 Hornet. Went for the same rifle, CZ527 24" Thumbhole 1:9. Bought some factory ammo to see how it shoots before trying reloads. PPU 55g sp factory was OK at just over 1" at 100 yards. I then tried Hornady Vmax 53g superperformance. This was disappointing. Ordered some 60g Vmax bullets and quickly made up some loads with 19g (mid load) of H4198 (left over from Hornet reloading) The pictures below show the 3 shot groups of the Hornady 53g SP and the 60g Vmax. These were shot frpm quad sticks whilst leaning against a stone pillar. The 60g was outstanding. I'll not give up on the 55g SP though and am confident reloads with this high BC bullet will improve accuracy.

Summer time, it will shoot everything else bar 53grn
I seem to recall the superformance being a hot load, I know previously I've had sticky bolts because of them.

Simple solution - don't shoot the 53g 😂 I've actually just read the thread and can't offer any more advice, the bolt has been stripped and cleaned, how much gunk came out of it?
