Finally got round to reloading for the 6.5*55.
I’ve set the seating die up to seat the bullet to leave an overall length of 3.15” as stated in the lee and Lyman reloading manuals. Sorry if I’m showing my ignorance but it just doesn’t look right if that makes any sense. I’ve measured shop bought, both Hornady sst and some ppu I had in cabinet and both measure 2.9”. The reloaded rounds chamber easy enough. I’d appreciate any advice. Thanks
