If it’s on your ticket it’s yours. If you don’t have it you should report it as a stolen firearm to your force and the RFD’s force. I suspect a doors in visit from an ARV unit would inspire some sort of resolution

Not sure why you quoted me, the issue appears to have been resolved with a personal visit and a refund as stated in the posts above, as the rifle was entered onto the op's ticket I was wondering if he had an issue getting it removed with the business going under.
