Aigle Artemis High GTX Boots - Any good ?

Has anyone got/tried these boots ? I have been offered some new at a very good good price. Any comments/feedback would be appreciated. Thanks

I had a pair a while back, they were not good. Leather cracked quickly and they were never really waterproof. A shame be causes the boot they replaced, the Genet were the best stalking boots I ever had.

That dosn't sound good, might have to give them a miss ! Maybe they should stick to wellies !

I had the misfortune to own a pair of aigle boots once, they didn't even see 12 months.
Never again.
Their wellies are not to bad but thats it.
