Always having to log back on

I used to just tick box to stay logged on to the site but every time I close the site it logs me out, and I have to log back on each time. Any reason for this

It's nothing to do with TSD, or using a VPN.

Before you LOGIN you should see this with the 'STAY LOGGED IN' option ticked. If you're unsetting this box then TSD won't send what's called an 'Authentication Cookie' back to keep you logged in. If you're logging in with the box ticked then it's the Security Settings in your browser that's frigging with the 'cookie handling' which would usually be done automatically.

Admin can't help anyone out on the tech side unless they know what device, and the browser you're using. All browsers follow the same rules, but their security settings work in different ways. If you're having to type in your Username and Password each time you're making work for yourself; these should be stored on whatever device you're using.

If you clear the cache it will clear your browsing history, and ALL cookies so you'll have to Login again.

Ticking that box places a cookie on your browser by which the SD platform validates that you have previously proven user ID.

If, when you close the browser, the rules running inside the browser bin that cookie, then the SD platform cannot know it's you when you open the [now purged] browser later in the day.
