hi do you still have the tool for spring if do do you want to sell it or have any idea of where to get one mateI've just sold mine, it was cut down and threaded to a 16 inch barrel and it cycled subs perfectly - Mine shot extremely accurately using Magtec Subs and never missed a beet! It's still for sale in the shop where I traded it in complete with scope and ready for work. With regards to the tool for the spring, I still have one if you do buy a 525 and need it!
They're not difficult to make. It's just to hold the spring flat when compressing ithi do you still have the tool for spring if do do you want to sell it or have any idea of where to get one mate

When you try to compress the spring, it tries to bend in the middle like a caterpillar. If you can hold it down until it's inside the block then that's ideal.any idea what they look like mate i just cant get mine back in
cheers mate i will give it a go in morning my heads battered with it tonight lolWhen you try to compress the spring, it tries to bend in the middle like a caterpillar. If you can hold it down until it's inside the block then that's ideal.
The tool I had was like a ruler with a groove across it. Imagine getting a strip of steel, about 1mm thick and, from memory, and 40mm wide. Lay a steel rod of about 6mm diameter across it at one end and hammer the strip around it to form the groove.
Ah, here you go:
Anschutz 520 - spring tool?
How do you know?Had one for many years with no problems shooting subs of all makes but whatever you do, do not shoot very high power rounds eg Stingers through it - the extractor claw snaps and you cannot get another - anywhere! Do not ask me how I know…….
