Anschutz 1517 vs 1761

What’s the difference between these 17hmr? I know the 1761 is the newer one. Is it better in anyway? To justify the price difference?

As far as I know, the 17 series Anschutz have always been their top-of-the-range models. I've had a 17/17 since the 17HMR arrived. It's been a brilliant rifle.
