Please guys, find out what's causing your aches and pains, before you go treating them with random stuff!
What helps one person may exacerbate the situation in another.
For example, tumeric is counterindicated for my condition, because it works by giving your immune system a boost, whereas in order to control my aches and pains my immune system needs to be suppressed. So I get pretty sick to death of people telling my I should be taking tumeric, because it was so wonderful for them.


Funny(ish) story: My mum took it for years and absolutely swore by it, until she ended up with tumeric poisoning

Are you sure that’s correct what you say about Turmeric giving your immune system a boost?
2019 I was diagnosed with severe Osteo Arthur in both knees. Started taking Turmeric & Black Pepper and the knees are still not needing replacing just yet.
I noticed the improvement within a few weeks of starting the pills.
Before that I used to drink some liquid used for horses but can’t remember its name.

The wife & I are both taking medical grade 95% Tumeric & Boswellia for over a year now.
I had my accident in March last year & I was ahead of schedule by my physio.
As I posted previously i was out shooting by July from my mate's jeep with a moonboot on & was ferreting by September.
I believe the Tumeric & Boswellia has helped me to fo this and being out in the countryside doing my 2 favourite things helped me also.

Yes, pretty sure.
I do not have osteoarthritis.
I have a debilitating degenerative autoimmune condition.

I have an autoimmune condition and it's shite. Kind of identified the main culprit and it helps.
A colleague does also and he went the NHS route and err, I'm scared, very scared!
My brother is younger than me and nearly immobile and has to self inject all manner of shite!
I'm awake most nights with worry from it!
